David L. Elliott’s “My First Fish” tells the story of how a young boy learns a very important fishing lesson. This poignant and beautifully illustrated story uses fishing to demonstrate several very important life lessons. This book make a great graduation or baptismal gift.

The second half of the book contains very basic fishing tips for those who are interested in catching their first fish. The author, David L. Elliott, lives in North Carolina with his wife Kim, and daughters Sarah  and Erin. He is a graduate of both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke Law School. He is an avid fisherman who loves to teach others how to fish. More importantly, he is passionate about learning and sharing life lessons. This is David’s first book.
